Texas Department of Family and Protective Services
As the state’s child care regulatory agency, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) provides child-care operations with the necessary information to protect the health, safety, and well-being of children in care.  Small Miracles Academy is licensed by DFPS.


Federal Food Program
The Federal Food Program believes that impacting children's health takes everyone working together.  Small Miracles Academy is committed to following the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Guidelines.


Child Care Assistance
The Child Care Group sponsors the Child Care Assistance program (CCA), also known as CCMS or CCS.  Small Miracles Academy is an authorized CCMS provider.


National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is dedicated to improving the well-being of all young children, with particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for children  from birth through age 8. Small Miracles Academy is a proud member at the state and national levels of this organization.


Texas Licensed Child Care Association
The mission of the Texas Licensed Child Care Association is to educate all concerned people in the state of Texas of the benefits of affordable, quality, licensed child care, so that the children, parents and members all benefit.  Small Miracles Academy values the learning opportunities this membership offers.


Texas Rising Star Provider
The Texas Rising Star Provider system awards graduated levels of certification as providers meet and EXCEED progressively higher requirements for the state’s child care facilities.  Our North Garland Campus leads the way with this provider certification.

Comerica Bank annually recognizes 60 strong and leading businesses in Collin County with the Collin 60 Award.  For its commitment and service to the Collin County community, Small Miracles Academy was honored to make the list in 2009 and 2010, and even more humbled to receive the top award for the education category in 2011!
